By scheduling or authorizing cleaning services with Cleaningeugeneoregon.com (“the Company”), you agree to the following Terms of Warranty and Service Guarantee.

RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL CLEANING SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

cleaningeugeneoregon.com proudly stands behind the quality of our work. We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all residential and commercial cleaning services we provide.If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. Upon notification, we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.

This guarantee applies only to the original scope of work agreed upon at the time of booking.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

- Pre-existing damage, excessive wear, or neglected conditions

- Improper maintenance or failure to follow post-cleaning care recommendations

- Stains, odors, or damage that cannot be fully removed due to material limitations

- Damage caused by third parties after service completion

- Areas or items not included in the original service agreement

Cleaning results may vary depending on surface type, condition, and prior treatment history.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.

Liability is limited to the cost of the affected cleaning service and does not extend to replacement of damaged items unless caused directly by our negligence.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You authorize Cleaningeugeneoregon.com to collect payment using the method provided at booking.

Any outstanding balances must be paid promptly.

NON-TRANSFERABILITY

All warranties and guarantees apply only to the original customer and service location and are non-transferable.
